New Year Equals New Reading Challenge

Woohoo! We are quickly approaching a new year...2012! That means we are starting out fresh with a brand new children's reading challenge. I am so excited! This year our challenge is called Excellence In Reading.

This is the reading list we will be following. Keep in mind, this is recommended for children in grades K-3. If you have older children you can find a more age appropriate list at National Endowment for the Humanities. We encourage children of all ages and their parents to join us in reading. Note to parents: You may read aloud to your children, it will still count towards the goal.
